Are there additional Customization Fees?

We are happy to modify every order to your specifications and preferences! Customizations cost an additional $25 since we support conscious living and our products are made-to-order, which results in adjustments to the amount of fabric used and increased labor from our artisans.



How can I know which Size is Right for Me?

Kindly use our Size Guide to get your proper size. The sizes are Garment Measurements. Please note that because of the nature of our manufacturing process, the product size and color may vary slightly. As you know, Linen is a loose-fitting fabric that needs to breathe to make you comfortable. So, select your size appropriately and place your orders to enjoy the luxury of linen fabric.

How can I Cancel My Order?

Although we hope you won't need to take this step, you're welcome to do so. You can call us 48 hours after placing your order and cancel through our customer care line at care@livelinen.com.


Can I Change the Order I have Placed?

After making your order, you can make changes to the ordered product's color and size within 48 hours


Please note that after 48 hours, no adjustments may be made (except Sundays), as the products are produced per our Made-to-Order policy.


What is the Time Frame for the Refunds?

You can return or exchange your purchased item within 7 days after the day of delivery.
