At Live Linen, we create things that are incredibly essential to us, and it is paramount that you enjoy them.

Within 14 days of delivery, you can return any undesirable items you've received. Only items that are in the exact same state as when you received them, that is, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags and labels, and in the original packaging, are eligible for returns. We'll also need a receipt or other evidence of purchase.

To avoid being hassled during the procedure, carefully read the following terms. 

We are glad to serve as a trustworthy brand that promptly fulfills every order without holding onto inventory.

Therefore, we are unable to accept return orders. We cannot change the product in your already-created order; we can only replace it if it is the incorrect product or size. Unfortunately, we do not accept customized orders in return.

If the creations you receive are defective on our end, we can only offer replacements or a refund in the form of shop credit.

If there is a problem, please email us within the first 7 days of receiving the product so we can quickly address it. 

Have the product image and the justification for a replacement or return close to hand for ease. 

Please ensure the product is undamaged and not in use for the comfort of you and us.

Flawed Products

If you have received an item that was faulty or in a damaged condition, for instance, the wrong color and size than what you've ordered, broken stitches, improper or open packaging, etc. You can either ask for a replacement in this situation or a complete refund that includes the shipping and delivery price.

Redeem Gift Cards or Exchange Gifts Received

There is no way to swap or substitute gifts for something else. The value of these cards cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other promotion.

Processing Times

We are thrilled by your excitement, but delivery from India to the US typically takes 7 to 10 regular business days. Processing may take 3 to 4 business days because we don't start manufacturing products until every customer confirms their purchase.
